Operational coordination remains with the Service Integrator, Service Owners and service providers, while this role assures that the required capabilities, evidence, controls, improvement actions and CSDM-aligned service information are in place and operating effectively.As the retained service management focal point for resilience and continuity assurance, the role gives senior stakeholders confidence that continuity obligations are understood,
