We are looking for a Learning & Development Partner to join our People team. Reporting directly to the People Director, you will be instrumental in sustaining, refining and evolving our core L&D; offering. You will be passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning – delivering high-quality, measurable development initiatives and partnering with the wider People team to ensure organisational readiness for the future.3-5+ years’ experience in a dedicated Learning & Development role, preferably within a Technology organisationProven experience in designing and delivering core L&D; programmes for hybrid and globally distributed teamsDemonstrated ability to source, evaluate and manage external vendors for targeted, skill-specific trainingExcellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and influence stakeholders at all levelsStrong organisational and project management skills, with high attention to detailProactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced,



dynamic environmentExperience or strong interest in upskilling and reskilling for emerging technologies like AIAbility to analyse data and generate insights to inform L&D; strategy and measure real impactHighly adaptable, with a thoughtful approach to tailoring solutions and approach for the needs of the business and audiencesProven ability to build collaborative partnerships with People Partners to understand, anticipate and deliver against stakeholder learning and development needsProgramme Management & DeliveryMaintain and continuously refine existing L&D; initiatives – including Foundry’s Mentoring programme, Guilds, management training and People Skills resources – identifying opportunities for simplification and automationAssess L&D; needs and recommend external training partners to deliver targeted, skill-specific learning content that builds internal capabilityOwn end-to-end logistics
