Job ID: 4349Region: BerkshireSenior Site Manager – Berkshire – up to 70,000 plus package.My client is a highly respected UK national residential developer specialising in new build developments within London and the surrounding counties.Job description & ResponsibilitiesMy client is looking to add to their growing team with the addition of a strong Senior Site Manager for a luxury scheme in the Berkshire region.The development consist of 1-3 bedroom luxury apartments over a number of large blocks and traditional build town houses up to 5 bedrooms.The project has a few phases at various stages and are looking for strong site/senior site managers to hit the ground running on the development.Key Skills & Qualifications·The ideal candidates must have experience working for a residential developer on medium-large scale residential projects from start to finish.·The adecuado candidate will have strong knowledge of all the internal works process from 1st fix through to completion and handovers and also external works.
