Senior Client Manager – Accountancy Practice Location: Newbury – Hybrid (3 days in the office)

Duties & Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a diverse client portfolio, overseeing accounts, tax compliance, onboarding and ongoing advisory support.
- Lead client meetings, clearly presenting financial results and identifying opportunities to add commercial value.




- Review work produced by colleagues, maintaining high technical standards while coaching and developing team members.
- Build long-term client relationships, while contributing to new business development and fee proposals.
- Champion continuous improvement across the practice, collaborating with colleagues to enhance client service and efficiency.

What Experience is Required
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified accountant, or qualified by experience, with substantial accountancy practice experience.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships, provide commercial advice and confidently lead client meetings.
- Strong leadership and commercial skills, including experience of reviewing work, developing people, billing and fee management.
