We’re looking for an Inbound Sales Development Representative to help our marketing team to transform all the incoming lead in possible opportunities for Enginy.
About the Role
Engage high-potential Spanish B2B prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other Inbound channels
Qualify leads by uncovering needs, budget, and decision-making process, then hand off sales-ready opportunities to Account Executives
Act as a subject-matter expert on Enginy AI’s platform, demonstrating its value in optimizing Spanish companies’ prospecting workflows
Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging, sequences, and campaigns tailored to the Spanish market
Track and report key metrics to continuously improve effectiveness
Gather market intelligence (competitor activities, vertical-specific challenges) and feed insights back into product and go-to-market strategy
About You
Must-have:
~ Language skills: Advanced level of English and native Spanish.
~1 year of proven B2B SDR or inbound
