The Role and About the Person you are looking for:
We are looking for a two Business Analyst to join our Impact, Performance and Strategic Change team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a wide range of Council services, helping to redesign processes, improve customer journeys and support digital transformation initiatives that make a real difference to residents and staff.
In this role, you will:
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead business process reviews and customer journey mapping activities.
- Support digital transformation, service redesign and continuous improvement projects.
- Gather and analyse data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and drive change.
- Develop process maps, requirements and business cases.
- Support the implementation and testing of new systems and ways of working.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities across different service areas.
You will have:
- Experience in business analysis, service improvement or transformation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience of process mapping, requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.
- The ability to translate complex information into practical recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience supporting digital or technology-enabled change initiatives.
