Leading daily fleet administration tasks and organizing commercial workflows
Directing market-level passenger car fleet commercial strategies to hit volume and profitability targets
Supervising a substantial team organized across distinct sub-divisions with intermediate team leaders
Coordinating efforts between business development managers focused on new client acquisition and account managers optimizing current agreements
Managing high-level contract negotiations and corporate commitments with major international companies
Defending pricing and residual value proposals within internal steering committees




Aligning sales objectives directly with operational delivery and corporate capabilities

Extensive professional background within the fleet management or vehicle leasing industry
