Your aim is to motivate others to achieve results while utilizing a very "hands-on", Gemba-based approach to coaching and training.We're looking for a passionate Continuous Improvement Engineer who is eager to drive change, improve performance, and make a measurable impact across our manufacturing operations.Your Key ResponsibilitiesDeploy PEAK continuous improvement program holistically in accordance with the guidance, framework, methodology & roadmap provided by EFO (Equipment & Facilities Ownership)
