You will work closely with Operations Managers, Project Managers, Sales teams, Applications Engineering, and Field Engineers to support project execution, resource planning, operational excellence, and business growth.As a PPS Engineer,



you will be responsible for:Delivering engineering activities and PPS-related procedures in accordance with Baker Hughes general engineering standards, customer requirements, and project objectives.Supporting project managers and acting as a technical focal point for small and medium-sized projects throughout planning and execution phases.Developing high-quality engineering documentation, procedures, and technical deliverables for process and pipeline service projects.Collaborating with Sales and Commercial teams to develop profitable service offerings and identify opportunities for additional customer value and revenue growth.Providing technical guidance to Field Engineers and supporting engineering competency development through mentoring, coaching, and training initiatives.Working closely with Applications Engineering, Operations, and Project Management teams to ensure timely project execution, resource forecasting, and workload balancing.Driving continuous improvement initiat
