Lead and develop the Sales & Business Development team, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
Build and improve processes across the function, including performance management, reporting, sales planning,
and pipeline management.
Assess team performance and develop the team’s capabilities to ensure consistent delivery against business objectives.
Work closely with Management to define the commercial strategy, translate company objectives into actionable plans, and identify new growth opportunities.
Develop and execute business plans aligned with market opportunities, client needs, and commercial targets.
Provide Management with clear insights into performance, opportunities, challenges, and key initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and strategic partners while developing new business opportunities.
Lead negotiations for complex and strategically important deals, balancing commercial objectives and risk considerations.
5+ years of management experience, including senior Sales or Business Development roles in payment processing, fintech, financial services, banking
