Experteer Overview
In this role you own the financial narrative and governance for the Customer Refunds u0026amp; Compensations team, driving cost efficiency and measurable impact across markets. You will connect operational data with financial outcomes, lead global cost-saving initiatives, and shape the budget for high-double-digit millions annually. You’ll align cross-functional teams, develop scalable financial tools, and provide performance storytelling to senior leadership. This is a high-impact, cross-market role at a fast-growing marketplace platform.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Own and track Ru0026C financial KPIs against BP and BE, identifying drivers of value loss
• Lead creation and updates of Ru0026C BP, reforecasts, and monthly BE revisions
• Challenge regional teams on cost deviations and drive actionable plans
• Manage the Monthly Finance Review and ensure consistent reporting to senior management




• Lead global cost optimization projects and advocate for structural fixes
• Develop UX-friendly financial performance tools and dashboards for decision-making across markets

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
• 5+ years in Finance, FPu0026A, Controlling, Strategy, or Operations
• Ability to connect operational metrics to financial impact and build business plans and estimates
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
• Structured problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills
• High ownership mindset and hands-on approach
• G Suite (Sheets, Presentations) or Excel; ability to build dashboards
