Overview
In this role, you support Autodesk customers across AEC and D&M; industries, driving adoption and long-term value realization. You manage a hybrid mix of Territory, Regional, and select Enterprise accounts in EMEA, using scalable, data-informed engagement to boost product usage and health. You work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact onboarding and value realization, contributing to retention and growth. Responsabilidades
- Engage customers via digital-first, scalable engagement (1:many)
- Manage a diverse portfolio across Territory, Regional, and selected Enterprise accounts
- Lead onboarding and adoption strategies for AEC and D&M; workflows
- Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders in key accounts
- Prioritize activities based on account health, risk, and business impact




- Execute targeted actions for high-risk accounts using data-driven insights
- Drive uplift in product assignment and usage across portfolio
- Create and execute customer success plans using usage data and business insights
- Apply consultative approach to map customer processes to adoption opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales, Channel, and Support to achieve outcomes
- Ensure a high-quality, consistent customer experience at scale

Requisitos principales
- English and German professional proficiency
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting
- Experience managing a portfolio with multiple customer segments
- Background in Engineering, Architecture, Manufacturing, or related fields
- Ability to analyze customer processes in AEC/D&M; and translate to adoption strategies
- Hybrid knowledge across AEC/D&M; or ability to operate across both
- Understanding of customer lifecy
