Product Designer

to join a cross-functional product team and help shape digital experiences that bring real value to users and businesses. In this role, you'll partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to identify user needs, explore opportunities, and design intuitive solutions from concept through launch. You'll have ownership over defined product areas while continuing to strengthen your research, product thinking, and design skills. Why Fail Fast? The main focus is on learning, executing tasks under supervision, and becoming familiar with design processes and tools, while building a strong foundation for future professional growth. Experience:

1–3 years of experience. Responsibilities and Typical Tasks Strategic Context:

Participate in strategic meetings to understand business objectives and the “why” behind product decisions. Support benchmarking and competitor analysis, and begin conceptualizing design solutions that consider both user value and business impact. Research Support:

Assist in preparing materials for user research, which may include creating interview guides, organizing testing sessions, recruiting participants, or transcribing and providing initial summaries of qualitative data. Support the creation of simple surveys when needed. Design Execution:
