We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team to be based in our Antwerp office. The Customer Success Manager role will cover a wide range of account management, onboarding, and client growth tasks, as it liaises with the Delivery, Sales, and Product teams. The Customer Success Manager will:

Serve as the primary reference point for clients throughout their entire lifecycle with MotorK, taking full account management ownership.
Own the customer onboarding journey from contract signature to successful product go-live, ensuring product activation aligns with the dealer’s digital strategy and signed SLA.




Provide ongoing digital marketing, lead generation, and lead management expertise using the DealerK Method.
Our adecuado Customer Success Manager will have previous experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success (ideally within a SaaS or digital product environment) and digital marketing strategy knowledge.

Previous experience in account management or customer success, with a strong plus for end-to-end customer onboarding ownership.
Deep understanding of the B2B automotive dealer sector and web technologies (CMS, SEO concepts) or SaaS industry.
Project management mindset with proven ability to bridge business requirements and technical delivery teams.
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Native Flemish speaker, fluency in French and English.
