HR Technology Project Manager (m/f/d)

What you do

We are seeking an experienced HR Technology Project Manager with a strong track record of optimizing and enhancing local HR processes. Ideally, you bring expertise in leveraging emerging AI technologies and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation. You will play a central role in the ongoing transformation of the HR function leading the design and implementation of HR technology solutions across multiple geographies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational excellence.

As HR Technology Project Manager, you will be responsible to:
- Plan, coordinate, and lead regional HR technology projects simultaneously across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with integral strategy and local needs
- Drive the implementation of target HR architecture and platform solutions,



and lead integration with downstream systems
- Manage Payroll and Time & Attendance systems strategy, implementation, and optimization across the region
- Support and execute the development of a comprehensive HR IT architecture, aligned with business and HR objectives
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency, data quality, and operational excellence
- Lead decommissioning strategies to achieve a lean, optimized, and cost-efficient IT landscape
- Drive intake management with in-country teams: analyze requirements, resolve recurring issues, and implement scalable solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the Stakholders in scope, ensuring trust, alignment, and successful delivery
