rather than a background that is primarily academic or office-based.About YouWe are looking for someone who can demonstrate:8+ years' experience working as a Project Manager within the construction or fit-out sector. A strong background in office fit-out, particularly office and corporate client projects. Proven experience delivering larger-format projects valued at 5m+. A demonstrable track record of successfully managing sizeable, complex projects from start to completion. Strong on-site experience and a practical understanding of project delivery. Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with a genuine client delivery mentality. A rounded profile, combining strong technical and commercial understanding with excellent communication skills.
