This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and delivering excellent service. As part of the North West operational leadership team, you will play an important role in supporting safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. You’ll help guide field teams, strengthen customer relationships, and contribute to continuous improvement across the region. Support the Service Manager with the day-to-day coordination of field service activities to ensure smooth and effective delivery Help lead, coach, and support field service technicians and apprentices, encouraging development and teamwork Build positive relationships with customers,
