Acting as Executive Lead for Patient Engagement & Co-production, ensuring that patients, families, carers and communities are meaningfully involved in the design, delivery, monitoring and improvement of care.2) AsEPUT's Director of Safety & Patient Safety Specialist you will be responsible for leading patient safety across one of the largest mental health and community healthcare trusts in the region, shaping and delivering the Trust's strategic approach to safety and learning.
