Our Prison Leavers Programme has been designed to support individuals who have recently been released or who are/have served a community sentence to move forward in to employment.Our paid and personalised placement opportunities provide a gateway to meaningful employment within our business, providing a real insight in to what a career in construction could be like for you. During your time with us, you will access training and tailored support, working closely with your manager and buddy to ensure you get the most out of your placement.
