The current Director has been personally managing day-to-day operations alongside their director-level responsibilities, and is now looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take full ownership of that function - freeing up leadership to focus on strategic growth.You will lead a team of 5 Senior Project Managers delivering electrical infrastructure projects across the UK,



working closely with the Director and playing a key role in the company's evolution towards Tier 1 status.
