MBR Partners is running a search for a roughly 150-person European software vendor that sells complex solutions to Telecoms Service Providers. It is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to work closely with the VP Global Sales to support them with analysing sales data, recommending process changes, and tracking the sales pipeline. The role is hands-on in nature, so candidates must have excellent Excel, CRM (Salesforce), and PowerPoint skills.The role will potentially have 1-2 bid support profiles reporting to it.Responsibilities Work with VP Sales to consistently analyze the sales processes to successfully shorten sales cycles, achieve repeatability and yield high close rates. Provide vital, consistent, accurate & timely data and analysis that help meet the Company’s goals and objectives. Support as required any commercial items in Salesforce and RFP processes. Build and maintain accurate detailed reporting models including but not limited to; visibility into projected trending, win/loss analysis, client, stage, channel and solution trends, segmented revenue, and sales metrics.



Develop and maintain strong relationships with Senior Executives, Sales, Professional Services, & Finance. Build Opportunity Analyses Reports which help support business decisions on sales strategies, solution types and market or customer trends. Manage the integral Price Book onboarding process into Salesforce. Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high performance.
