A farmer sends us soil data showing 40% more organic matter after three years without pesticides. Somewhere else, a supermarket ad tells people "natural" fruit is grown the same way it was in 1985. Both things are true right now, in the same market, and almost nobody outside a lab knows it.
Your mission: turn what our farmers and scientists know into content that changes what people believe about food — and gets them to act on it.
We don't need someone to "manage social media." We need someone who can read an agronomic report on Tuesday and turn it into a piece of content by Thursday that makes 50,000 people question the tomato they bought last week.
Content (40%). You take agronomic data — soil health, water use, biodiversity — and turn it into content people actually stop scrolling for. Mostly social, sometimes an article, sometimes ideas for how we show impact data inside the product itself.
You'll have real autonomy here — nobody is going to hand you a content calendar. A degree in Environmental Sciences, Agronomy, Biology, Journalism or Communications — with vigente published work in science or environmental communication behind it, not just the degree.
Fluent English, and native or C1 German — a huge share of our community speaks German. Spanish or French on top is a plus, not a requirement.
A real interest in both EU agricultural policy and what makes something spread online. Permanent, full-time, working conditions adapted to local regulations. Health insurance where applicable. A training budget that's actually yours to use. If that's you, we want to hear from the person who'd rather be in a farmer's field than behind a content calendar — and can still hit publish on both.
