providing expert medical and scientific input on clinical development programs for both internal teams and external customers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute on study design, protocol development, and patient recruitment strategies.Provide strategic medical and scientific input for psychiatry-related consulting projects.Drive awareness of Premier's leadership in the psychiatry/neurology space by participating as a SME in marketing activities and scientific engagement opportunities.What we are searching for:An MD with a board certification in psychiatry and at least 3-5 years of clinical practice experience.A minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 5 years in clinical development, preferably within a sponsor organization.Expert-level knowledge of psychiatry (see above) drug development (device experience is a plus) and GCP regulations.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills wit
