Job Description
The Anglian Water Strategic Pipeline Alliance (SPA) project currently involves the planning, design and construction of circa 320km of new strategic, large diameter, clean water interconnector pipelines and associated infrastructure across Anglian Water's region. The SPA Alliance is also taking on responsibility for the future interconnector pipelines, a further 260km of strategic interconnector pipelines and associated infrastructure.
This role will be remote and be a full-time, fixed-term contract until December 2027.

- Lead the development of MEP, process, civils Non-Infra, and structural Revit models.
- Approve model geometry, metadata, and model maturity progression
- Create and maintain Revit families,



schedules, templates, and discipline libraries.
- Conduct technical reviews on models produced by others before issue.
- Lead Non-Infra modelling work allocation and planning across multiple work packages.
- Own and maintain Non-Infra Revit modelling procedures, ensuring compliance across the team.
- Manage Revit model QA/QC, including model audits, clash resolution, and quality gates.
- Proactively identify modelling risks and escalate/mitigate early.
- Lead the integration of Safety in Design (SiD) information within Revit models.
- Ensure models include maintenance zones, hazard tagging, temporary works information where applicable.
- Lead cross-discipline coordination workshops for Non-Infra assets.
- Act as the key liaison between process, mechanical, electrical, structural, civil Non-Infra designers and BIM teams.
- Provide leadership for the Non-Infra Revit working group
