Overview

As a Senior Finance Business Analyst in our Barcelona-based Controllership, you translate data into strategic decisions. You’ll reconcile revenue, COGS and supplier data against NetSuite, support month-end closes, and drive process improvements in a fast-growing tech environment. You’ll collaborate with Product and Strategic Finance to resolve discrepancies and ensure clean financials. This role offers high impact by tightening financial controls and enabling scalable decision-making.

Responsabilidades

- Perform monthly reconciliations between back-end systems and NetSuite to ensure revenue and COGS accuracy
- Investigate discrepancies and coordinate with Product and Strategic Finance to resolve




- Ensure suppliers are reconciled in NetSuite and aging reports are accurate
- Calculate and review commissions from assigned verticals and dispute differences
- Support balance sheet and P&L; reconciliations during month-end close
- Participate in accounting process improvement and optimization projects

Requisitos principales

- Extensive experience in Financial Business Analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Proactive, hands-on attitude with ability to work independently
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to adapt in fast-paced startup or scale-up environment
