In this Delivery Manager role, you own product delivery within Engineering for Roche’s Patient Centered Disease Management ecosystem. You will lead agile delivery across cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time, within-budget, high-quality outcomes while leveraging analytics and AI-enabled tools to boost predictability. You’ll shape engineering practices, tooling standards, and regulatory compliance at scale, collaborating with Ru0026amp;D, UX, QA, and affiliates. This is a hands-on leadership position in a mission-driven environment focused on improving diabetes care. You will drive operational excellence and foster a culture of trust, learning, and collaboration.

• Lead and coordinate delivery to ensure value, timeliness, budget adherence, and quality.
• Maintain a single source of truth delivery plan and align cross-functional stakeholders on milestones and dependencies.
• Identify cross-team dependencies, monitor risks, and resolve blockers with AI-driven forecasting.
• Oversee release processes, backlog prioritization,



and end-to-end value flow.
• Facilitate ceremonies (PI Planning, Demos, Inspect u0026 Adapt, Refinements, Syncs, Retrospectives) and manage budgets and capacity.
• Adapt team topologies for efficient product delivery and ensure alignment with organizational standards.
• Support audit readiness and cross-functional coordination with release guardrails.

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years in Delivery Lead, RTE, Solution Train Engineer or Senior Product Development with scaled program execution.
• 4+ years as an RTE or Agile Lead; SAFe certification highly preferred.
• Deep software/systems engineering expertise in healthcare, diagnostics or digital health.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools and engineering metrics to improve delivery and operations.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical insights to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
