In this role you own a defined portion of outbound orders from end to end, balancing automation with human judgment. Responsabilidades

Own a defined volume of outbound orders through the full sale-order cycle (delivery notes, invoicing, picking, fulfilment, shipping, delivery)
Maintain service targets (OTIF >95%, chargebacks

95%) and ensure compliance across channels




Manage export/import activities: select forwarders, negotiate rates, oversee customs and global documentation
Control transport costs and validate freight invoices, raising disputes when needed
Track and report logistics KPIs (OTIF, SLAs, chargebacks); perform ad-hoc analyses for decisions
Monitor 3PL and carrier performance; liaise with forwarders, couriers, 3PL, accounting, and Ops
Handle exceptions with human-in-the-loop workflow and implement corrective actions; identify recurring issues to automate
Cross-train across regions and channels to handle peaks and transitions

Requisitos principales

Bachelor degree or equivalent operational experience in supply chain or logistics
Experience in operational xqbhyrx fulfilment, distribution, or freight/forwarder management, preferably in DTC, retail or fashion
Experience with international logistics (export/import, customs procedures, documentation) for the export/import track
