In this role you will lead cross-functional NPD programs for large-format digital inkjet printers, guiding projects from concept through prototype validation to production release. You will act as the central coordination point among Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Leadership to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with business objectives. You will drive execution, manage risks, and provide clear program visibility across the lifecycle, shaping how industrial printing systems are brought to market. This opportunity lets you influence product development in a fast-paced, technically-driven environment with cross-border collaboration.

Responsabilidades
- Lead New Product Development programs from concept through production release
- Define scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and success criteria
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain,



and Service
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones using Microsoft Project
- Drive program execution, track deliverables, and ensure on-time, in-scope delivery
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and critical issues, escalating when required
- Lead prototype build activities, issue resolution, and program review meetings
- Provide regular status updates, KPIs, and executive reports to leadership
- Promote accountability, alignment, and continuous improvement across the lifecycle

Requisitos principales
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
- 3+ years in Program Management, Project Management, Product Development, or similar
- Experience leading complex cross-functional projects from concept to industrialization and launch
- Understanding of hardware and software development in manufacturing, machinery, automation, or tech enviro
