In this role you will steer SITA for Aircraft’s inorganic growth initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams through the M&A; lifecycle. You’ll serve as the operational backbone, keeping workstreams on track, preparing leadership materials, and ensuring timely, quality inputs for central M&A; activities. You’ll turn complex commercial and product data into clear updates for senior leaders, while shaping due diligence and integration planning. This is an opportunity to impact strategic growth in a global aviation context.

Responsabilidades




- Maintain and enrich the M&A; pipeline aligned with SITA for Aircraft strategy
- Run Business Unit–side workstreams with clear ownership, timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate Product, Finance, Commercial, Technology, and Operations contributors
- Support due diligence by organizing inputs and preparing agendas and information packs
- Track findings, open points, and actions throughout the deal lifecycle
- Contribute to business case and synergy work with Finance and Product leaders
- Prepare executive materials for leadership, reviews, and board discussions
- Support integration planning and handover from due diligence to integration

Requisitos principales
- 7+ years of experience in project management, corporate development, M&A; support, strategy, consulting, or complex cross-functional programs
- Aviation industry knowledge, preferably airline operations, SaaS, B2B software
- Strong project management skills in senior-stakeholder, multi-workstream environmen
