Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic account manager with a creative flair to join our team. This role isn’t just about making sales; it’s about crafting unforgettable experiences. As our account manager, you’ll be more than just a sales rep; you’ll be a visionary, capable of conceptualising and bringing to life captivating environments.



Your ability to think outside the box and translate ideas into compelling proposals will be crucial.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain client relationships
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to exceed client expectations
- Coordinate event logistics, budgets, and timelines to ensure smooth execution for multiple events

Skills & Experience

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Enthusiasm for event planning and management
- Prospecting skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Professionalism
- Understanding of social media and marketing
- Background or experience in design or set design
- Knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop xqbhyrx (advantageous)
- 3–5 years of sales/negotiation experience (desirable)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
