remote-based position
, offering the flexibility to work from home while travelling to live projects and client meetings across Europe when required.
With a strong pipeline of new-build developments across multiple European markets, this is an opportunity to take a key planning role across technically complex, fast-paced projects while maintaining significantly more flexibility than a traditional site-based position.
The Role
As Senior Planner, you will be responsible for developing, managing and reporting against detailed project programmes from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.
You will work closely with Project Directors, construction teams, commercial teams,
subcontractors and clients to ensure programmes are realistic, fully integrated and actively used to drive project delivery.
Key responsibilities will include:
Develop and maintain detailed construction programmes using
Primavera P6
Produce baseline programmes, short-term lookaheads and recovery programmes
Monitor progress against key milestones and identify potential delays
Analyse the critical path and highlight programme risks
Work closely with project teams to develop mitigation and recovery strategies
Integrate CSA, MEP and commissioning activities into the master programme
Review subcontractor programmes and challenge sequencing and productivity assumptions
Produce weekly and monthly planning reports for senior management and clients
Support tendering and pre-construction planning for upcoming European projects
Attend project sites across Europe as required
