Lead the Field Team through Sales Managers to ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies and objectives.
Manage, coach, motivate, and inspire a senior team of sales professionals to achieve high performance.
Partner with the Commercial Operations Team to provide performance, forecasting, and market insights for discussion with senior leadership.
Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure quality and compliant ways of working.
Collaborate with international sales leaders, sharing best practices and contributing as an active member of the International Sales Head community.
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field; with 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry and/or relevant sales experience; Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales roles.
Deep understanding of the Spanish healthcare ecosystem, including market access.
