Your Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new B2B sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails
Prospect and engage with C-level decision makers
Understand customer needs and technical requirements
Connect business challenges with suitable Cloud solutions
Manage leads, accounts, opportunities, and activities in Salesforce CRM
Drive pipeline growth and achieve individual and team sales targets
Identify upselling opportunities and build strong customer relationships
Requirements
Ukrainian: C2 / Native | English: C1
Experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or outbound sales, preferably within the IT/technology sector
Strong communication, negotiation, and solution-selling skills
Good understanding of Cloud Computing is an advantage
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
Target-driven, proactive, analytical, and self-motivated
Comfortable with cold calling and working in a quota-driven environment
Strong interest in technology and Cloud solutions
