The Marketing team deeply understands a game's audience, creative strategy and priorities. They are the glue between the Brand, Product, and our Player Communities that will redefine our social strategy to amplify our games across new and existing social channels while building a meaningful community for our players.
Manage and optimize large-scale User Acquisition budgets to drive profitable growth
Design and run A/B, multivariate, and marketability tests from hypothesis to analysis to improve performance and unlock growth opportunities
Analyze campaign, funnel, retention,



and LTV metrics to drive data-informed optimization strategies
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Creative, Data, and Marketing teams to improve full-funnel performance
Contribute creative insights and testing strategies to improve ad performance and acquisition efficiency
Stay current on market trends, platform changes, and best practices in mobile performance marketing
3+ years of experience in User Acquisition, performance marketing, or media buying, preferably in mobile gaming or mobile apps
~ Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and AppLovin; DSP, ad networks, and rewarded advertising experience is a plus
~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions in fast-paced environments
~ Advanced Excel skills, AI tools, and data visualization platforms (e.Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Creative, Data, and Marketing teams
