We build autonomous AI voice agents that close and qualify sales for large B2C enterprises — telcos, energy providers, insurers, banks.

Our agents already run live inside companies like Vodafone España and Holaluz, and we're mid-rollout across an 8-market European deployment with Alpega/Teleroute. We're a small team moving fast, and we're building the commercial engine to match the product. The roleWe're hiring our first International AE to open and close enterprise accounts in English-speaking markets (UK, US, Ireland, and similar), working out of Barcelona.

You'll own the full cycle — from a qualified opportunity to a signed enterprise contract — selling a category-new product into large, multi-stakeholder organizations.

What you'll do

Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts in English-speaking markets: discovery, demo, business case, negotiation, close

Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise accounts in telco, energy, insurance, and banking

Navigate multi-stakeholder, technical buying committees on complex deals





Work closely with our Implementation & CS team to hand off cleanly and spot expansion opportunities

Represent VoiceB at industry events in target markets (some travel expected)

What we're looking for

4+ years of quota-carrying SaaS/tech sales experience, ideally selling into enterprise B2C accounts A track record of closing 6-figure ARR deals with long, multi-stakeholder cycles

Native or fluent English; comfortable selling into UK/US buyers from a Barcelona base

Comfortable with startup ambiguity — low process, high ownership

Nice to have

Experience xqysrnh selling to telco, insurance, energy, or banking

Experience selling AI or genuinely technical products

Salesforce/HubSpot fluency
