We are seeking an experienced Director of Software Engineering to lead the modernisation of our legacy applications and drive our cloud-based transformation. In this role, you will design and implement a scalable microservices platform, mentor high-performing engineering teams, and ensure the delivery of large-scale, high-performance applications in a regulated environment. Your expertise in Java, cloud technologies, DevOps, and microservices architecture will be critical in shaping our technical roadmap and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. ~ Strong background in DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible).
