In this role you will support and optimize the LHG/RHG digital payment platform, ensuring stable, secure processing across channels. You’ll collaborate with PSPs, acquirers and internal teams to resolve incidents, support integrations, and drive continuous improvements. Your work will enable reliable payments and a seamless guest experience within a digitally transformed hospitality ecosystem.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Support day-to-day technical operations of the LHG digital payment platform to ensure stable and secure processing
• Serve as technical resource for payment topics including flows, integrations, reconciliation and issue resolution
• Investigate and resolve payment incidents, transaction failures and integration issues with internal teams and external vendors
• Coordinate with PSPs, acquirers and payment orchestration platforms to maintain reliable integrations




• Monitor payment system performance and contribute to stability and transaction success improvements
• Collaborate with development, product, finance and compliance on payment initiatives and operations
• Assist onboarding, testing and certification of new payment methods and providers following PCI DSS, 3DS and tokenization standards
• Maintain technical documentation (configurations, workflows, integration details, procedures)
• Provide ideas for platform improvements from operational experience and stakeholder feedback
• Keep up to date with payment technologies, regulatory changes and industry best practices
• Participate in testing, deployment and operational readiness activities for payment enhancements
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in payment operations

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience with digital payment solutions or eCommerce payment platforms
• Experience with PSPs, acquirers or payment
