In this role, you will lead event operations for Spain and Italy within a global creative events agency, ensuring high-quality delivery and scalable performance. You will connect regional teams with global standards, drive Pu0026amp;L and process efficiency, and act as a strategic partner for major clients. You’ll lead change initiatives, foster a high-performance culture, and enhance market visibility through external representation. This is a hands-on leadership role shaping operational maturity across multiple countries.

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years in event agency xqbhyrx operations/production
• Fluent in Spanish; English; Italian a plus
• Proven experience managing large multi-country, multi-layered teams
• Strong stakeholder management and external communication skills
• Solid leadership in the event/communication industry
