Your role with us

- Manage and develop a defined customer portfolio to achieve sales, margin, and design-in targets

- Build long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities across Rutronik’s product portfolio

- Plan and conduct customer visits, annual negotiations, and contract discussions

- Coordinate quotations, orders, samples, delivery schedules, and customer projects throughout the sales process

- Work closely with Internal Sales, Product Marketing, Field Application Engineers, Material Management, and Supply Chain

- Develop joint customer strategies with manufacturers and internal stakeholders to further expand the regional business

Our benefits

Your qualifications

- Professional experience in B2B sales, account management, or technical sales

- Ideally a background in electronics distribution, electronic components,



or another technical B2B environment

- Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and a customer-focused mindset

- Structured and proactive way of working with the ability to manage multiple customer projects

- Fluent Spanish and good English skills, combined with willingness to travel within the sales region
