Overview In this role you manage and grow the existing account portfolio within sennders Accounts Operations team in Barcelona. You will drive value by expanding services, increasing efficiency, and maximizing profitability across customers supply chains. You work on-site five days a week, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tangible results.

You will build relationships with day-to-day and leadership contacts, conduct business reviews, and proactively identify opportunities beyond the current scope. This role puts you at the heart of a fast-growing European logistics tech company shaping road freight.

Responsabilidades Maintaining and growing the existing customer portfolio

Executing daily business (receiving orders, data entry, shipment status updates)

Establishing relationships with day-to-day contacts

Selling and negotiating at a transactional level





Identifying opportunities with current customers outside the existing scope

Establishing relationships with management-level contacts inside and outside the organization

Gathering, analysing, and preparing information for business reviews

Following up on the status of customers transport operations

Requisitos principales Bachelor's degree preferred

2 years of experience in an account management or commercial role, preferably in logistics

Excellent English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills

Additional European languages are an asset, especially French

Energy and willingness to learn and grow

Ability to build strong customer relationships

Ability to work in a team environment while delivering independent results

Strong ability to persuade, motivate, and influence others strong communication relationship building team collaboration persuasion and influence proactive learning mindset
