Overview In this role you will manage day-to-day accounting for the Spanish entity and ensure accurate financial data within the ERP. You will own tasks from bookkeeping to month-end close, VAT filings, and AP/AR management, while supporting audits and reporting. You will collaborate with local management and the international finance team, contributing to process improvements in a growing, cross-border environment.
This position offers ownership, exposure to senior stakeholders, and a direct impact on financial operations. Experience preparing and submitting Spanish tax filings (VAT, modelos 303/349/390, withholding, annual declarations). Strong knowledge of Spanish GAAP (PGC) and VAT regulations.
Experience with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly desirable.
Advanced
Excel skills.
Fluent
Spanish and good working level of English.
