At Axpo, you'll set the technical direction for our Microsoft 365 platform, workplace devices, and the AI tools shaping the future of how we work – while leading a talented, cross-location team.
Define and maintain the technical roadmap for Collaboration & Workplace, spanning Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace and device management, virtual desktop infrastructure (AVD and Omnissa), and Confluence.
Own the technical delivery of the One Digital Experience program, consolidating Axpo subsidiaries into a single Microsoft 365 tenant, starting with CKW.
Shape the team's strategy for applying AI to collaboration and productivity, from commercial tools to custom-built applications.
Act as the technical authority for architecture, engineering standards, and vendor relationships (Microsoft, Dell, Atlassian, Omnissa).
A university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
~10+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with a focus on Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace, or cloud infrastructure.




~ Experience in a technical leadership or engineering management role, with direct responsibility for engineers or technical leads.
~ Strong understanding of enterprise device management, virtual desktop infrastructure, and identity/security principles in hybrid cloud environments.
~ Fluent in written and spoken English – German is a plus, but not required.
