Atlas 360 is expanding its international structure and is looking to incorporate experienced FIFA Licensed Football Agents with a proven track record in professional football.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for agents who already operate within the market, have direct relationships with clubs and decision-makers, and can demonstrate previous transactions, negotiations or relevant football operations.

The Opportunity The objective is to build mutually beneficial partnerships with agents who can strengthen Atlas 360’s international reach.

Atlas 360 provides access to represented players, scouting resources and international opportunities, including established professional players with experience in top divisions and international football.

The aim is simple: combine the agent’s existing network and market expertise with Atlas 360’s access to players and opportunities, allowing both sides to operate at a higher level and pursue transactions that may not otherwise be accessible independently.

Main Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with clubs, sporting directors and other decision-makers.

Identify suitable opportunities for Atlas 360 players.

Support or manage negotiations involving transfers, contracts and representation.

Introduce relevant players and market opportunities to the agency.

Provide market intelligence regarding clubs, budgets and recruitment needs.





Contribute to the expansion of Atlas 360’s international network.

Candidates should ideally have:

An active FIFA Football Agent licence.

Previous experience in professional football representation or player transactions.

A demonstrable track record of completed or significantly contributed-to operations.

Direct relationships with professional clubs and decision-makers.

Strong knowledge of at least one football market or geographical region.

Professional working proficiency in English.

Collaboration Structure The collaboration model will be adapted to the profile, experience and level of involvement of each candidate.

Possible structures may include:

Transaction-based commissions.

Performance-based compensation.

Fixed remuneration or retainer.

Long-term partnership structures.

Potential participation in the future development of Atlas 360.
