AI Deployment Consultant (Onsite – Barcelona)

We are working with a fast-scaling AI startup building voice and text AI agents that run inside live production workflows for mid-market and enterprise clients across Europe and LatAm - not demos or pilots, real agents doing real work, live within days rather than months. Backed by €1.9M in pre-seed funding and having already handled over 350,000 calls for clients, the team has grown rapidly in the last few months. They're now looking for a Barcelona-based AI Deployment Consultant to own the full lifecycle of every agent they deploy - from first client conversation through to live performance and account expansion.

The perfect profile sits at the intersection of Product Manager/Pre Sales and Less technical Forward Deployed Engineer.

REQUIRED PROFILE

- Ownership mindset - comfortable operating as the "General Manager" of your own client accounts, accountable end to end from design to live performance

- Strong systems / first-principles thinker, able to bring structure to ambiguous, fast-moving problems

- Confident coordinating cross-functionally across sales, engineering, and operations - aligning priorities, removing blockers, and driving execution





- Comfortable working directly with clients pre- and post-sale, translating business problems into working solutions

- Background in one of: management consulting / strategy (MBB, Big 4), forward-deployed or technical implementation, or startup operations / GTM in a fast-scaling environment

- Genuine curiosity about AI and how it performs in real-world, production settings

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Not a highly technical role - no specific tech stack or coding background required

- Should be comfortable enough with technical concepts to work closely with engineering and speak credibly about how the product is built and integrated

- AI Prototyping experience

NICE TO HAVE

- Prior experience in consulting, strategy, operations, customer success, or a fast-paced startup environment

- Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and executives

Compensation: €60k – €70k base + uncapped bonus (€25k – €30k on-target) = €85k – €100k+ total OTE, plus equity/stock options
