Overview

As an AI Enablement Engineer, you embed with engineering and product teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities and build automated solutions. You'll prototype, implement, and scale AI-driven workflows, agents, and integrations that reduce repetitive work. Collaborating with AI Efficiency Architects, you translate strategy into tangible wins and reusable enablement assets. You drive adoption, measure impact, and influence roadmaps with a hands-on, fast-moving approach.

Responsabilidades Identify high-impact AI use cases by mapping developer and product workflows

Lead rapid design and delivery of AI-enabled solutions (prompts, lightweight agents, scripts, integrations) and partner to productionize

Create reusable templates, playbooks, and patterns to scale AI wins across teams

Drive adoption and quantify outcomes (time saved, throughput, delivery speed) tied to leadership





Provide feedback to AI Platform team to evolve internal tooling toward team needs

Mentor senior engineers on AI best practices and influence engineering roadmaps

Requisitos principales 8+ years in professional software engineering (Java, Python, Go, or TypeScript) with distributed systems production experience

Hands-on production AI experience: building reliable agents, RAG workflows, and managing LLM costs, speed, context limits

Strategic problem-solving with bias for action and scalable, reusable tooling

Strong collaboration and cross-team communication

SDLC/DevOps familiarity with GitLab/GitHub, CI/CD, and source control

Self-directed with ability to manage multiple teams and prioritize impact excellent presentation and training abilities strong interpersonal communication collaboration across diverse teams

Java, Python, Go, or TypeScript

AI/LLM concepts: prompts, agents, RAG workflows production-grade deployment and cost/performance management for AI tooling
