In this Creative Art Director role, you shape high-impact visual storytelling through 3D, motion design and immersive digital experiences at scale. You work within a global, cross-functional production network to align art direction with brand strategy and business goals. You lead concept development, oversee visual identities and assets, and guide pitches with differentiated creative visions. You mentor teams, drive innovative visuals, and help apply new tools to multi-channel campaigns. This role offers the opportunity to influence world-class content production in a borderless, AI-driven marketing ecosystem.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Conceptualize and develop creative visual proposals with emphasis on 3D, motion, and digital experiences
• Define artistic direction for integrated campaigns and oversee visuals, 3D assets, and content
• Create mood boards, storyboards, animatics, and prototypes to convey ideas




• Develop visual assets for multi-channel campaigns (3D/CGI, motion graphics, digital/social, web, immersive environments)
• Oversee renders, animations, and assets to maintain high-quality execution
• Collaborate with Strategy, Account Management, Production, Motion, UX/UI, and Development teams
• Contribute to pitches and new business with creative vision and differentiated proposals
• Manage multiple projects, set priorities, monitor timelines, and uphold creative standards
• Mentor and develop creative talent, promoting experimentation and best practices
• Ensure brand visual identity consistency across touchpoints

Responsabilidades
• Proven ability to generate original creative concepts and translate them into distinctive visual proposals
• Strong experience in Art Direction and 3D Design, leading projects from concept to execution
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and 3D softwa
