Overview In this role, you will lead and shape GTM system requirements to enable scalable, high-quality delivery for Sales, CS, Marketing, and RevOps. You’ll bridge business needs with engineering, coaching a team of GTM Analysts and ensuring clear, actionable specs. You’ll collaborate with GTM Architects and stakeholders to align solutions with the broader GTM strategy and data governance. and acceptance criteria * Partner with GTM Architects and Developers to shape scalable solutions * Lead and coach a team of GTM Systems Analysts * Enable delivery by ensuring well-defined, prioritized work * Promote data discipline and document business logic and system behaviors * Support UAT readiness and ensure alignment with GTM strategy * Ensure documentation is clear, accessible, and reusable for technical and business users Requisitos principales * 6+ years of Salesforce development experience with advanced certifications * Proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud and tools like Gong, Outreach, and ChiliPiper * Experience with GTM technologies like Hubspot, Gainsight, and DeaHub * Skilled with enterprise integration tools (Syncari, Workato, Mulesoft, Fivetran) * Experience developing in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Java * Competent in XML, JavaScript, .NET, SQL, and C++ * Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and building integrations with Salesforce *
