Overview This role is the financial and operational owner of Preply's B2B business. You'll build the systems, metrics, and governance that enable high-velocity, compliant growth. The mandate spans Finance, Sales, Product, and Legal, with a strong bias toward automation, predictive analysis, and AI-enabled decision-making. What you'll do Strategic Finance & FP&A; * Partner with the VP Finance and Head of B2B to drive the growth and profitability roadmap, with deep visibility into ACV, GRR, NRR and unit economics * Build and own the B2B forecast model - pipeline-to-revenue conversion, bookings, margin, and cash * Lead financial storytelling for B2B performance across board discussions, investment decisions, and pricing strategy * Move FP&A; from manual to predictive: introduce AI-powered tooling, automated variance analysis, and scalable reporting infrastructure GTM Operations * Partner with Sales and RevOps on funnel economics, quota design, and incentive alignment * Own the deal desk - balancing growth, discounting discipline,



and legal compliance * Build and maintain a KPI framework connecting pipeline health, bookings, margin, and cash Legal, Contracting & Compliance * Formalize contracting, deal governance, and terms of service with Legal * Maintain the right contract entities across general markets for tax efficiency and compliance Data & Tooling * Integrate Salesforce, ERP, and analytics systems into a single source of truth for B2B reporting * Champion AI-native workflows - from prompt-driven analysis to automated data pipelines - to raise the team's analytical ceiling Who you are * 8–12+ years in FP&A;, strategic finance, or business operations in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or enterprise GTM * Deep fluency in B2B GTM metrics: CAC payback, ACV, GRR, NRR, pipeline velocity, magic ratio, gross margin * Proven track record building financial infrastructure across GTM, Legal, Product, and Treasury * Hands‑on experience with deal desk, pricing, and AR management * AI-nati
