Mission:Your immediate focus will be leading the successful market introduction and scale-up of Foresight, ensuring a coordinated launch strategy across both existing Schneider Electric customers transitioning to the platform and new greenfield opportunities.You will act as the bridge between Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Services, and Customers, translating technical software capabilities into compelling customer value propositions and scalable commercial opportunities.The role requires a strong combination of technical understanding, commercial acumen, and marketing expertise. You will be expected to articulate and demonstrate software features, benefits, architectures, deployment models, integration capabilities, and customer transition pathways while supporting sales teams and customers throughout the adoption journey.Whilst Foresight will be the immediate priority, the role carries broader responsibility across Schneider Electric's growing software ecosystem, including solutions such as Advisors, Building Data Platform (BDP), Building Activate, Bureau Services,



and future software and digital services offers.
