Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?Join Our Team: Data Support Specialist – Wealth Management EuropeWe're looking for a Data Support Specialist to join our Wealth Management Europe team in Jersey.This is a permanent, full-time position requiring a minimum of 4 days per week in the office.What you will do?Working within our dynamic team, you'll support a range of data-related activities:Support CRM initiatives, manage queries, and handle reporting and access requestsWork with our 5Series data platform—querying data, creating, and enhancing dashboards, and maintaining data accuracyTranslate business requirements into clear specifications and support process improvementsContribute to strategic initiatives by helping execute action plans and monitoring progressCollaborate with business and technology teams to identify opportunities for process improvementSupport the design, testing, and rollout of new functionalityDocument progress, track actions in JIRA,
